Electronics
Design, test, and electronics are produced to fit your needs. We can
make circuits to meet your specifications and work inside you case
designs. We are able to design analog and digital circuitry and can
program for microcontrollers.
Mechanical:
Seattle Prototypes can design, prototype and manufacture mechanical
subsystems, such as enclosures, human interface elements, actuators,
sensor mounts and machinery components. Our designers are well
versed in mechanical CAD and CAM software to quickly design and
build mechanical subsystems. 3D Printing
We employ an additive fabrication technology to quickly render
computer 3D datasets into durable solid objects in full color.
Traditional manufacturing techniques are subtractive techniques.
These techniques start with a solid block of raw materials and
remove with tools what isn't required. In additive fabrication,
material is only placed where the designer intends -- any excess is
recycled. Functional Prototypes
Functional prototypes simulate the product the way it will be
mass produced, without incurring the high up front non-recurring
costs associated with mass production tooling. To accomplish this
goal, leading edge rapid-prototyping techniques are paired with our
electronics and circuit board design abilities to create functional
prototypes.
Industrial Automations
Design, fabrication and systems integration services are
available for industrial and low cost automation solutions. Using
common, off-the-shelf components and industry standard
microprocessors, Seattle Prototypes can design and build robotic
test fixtures that replace repetitive motions that would otherwise
be performed by human operators.
Test Fixtures
We design automated fixtures that can be used to test your
products. We can also conduct testing on your product to check for
